工作职责：
1. Develop customer resources and provide good after-sales service, customer’s retention and related business matters;
2. Develop plan, assist to complete team goals;
3. Assist manager to finish daily market work and handle the company's internal affairs;
4. Customer Services: customer relationship management, development and customers file management;
5. Put forward Suggestions to optimize the service work. Analyze the direction of the customer service;
6. Feedback the customers' opinions, grasp the market trend, and keep close communication with each

职位要求：
1. Have strong interest in financial and investment industries;
2. Rapid understanding / learning ability;
3. Pleasant appearance, honest and trustworthy and good team work spirit;
4. Working experience with securities, futures, forex, gold, insurance and marketing would be an advantage;
5. With high grade client natural resources, an oversea study background is preferred;
6. College degree or above
