CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

• Training and development of IC attachment technician.

     负责IC技术员团队的培训和发展。

• Machine reliability, minimize machine down time.

     保障设备的可靠性，令停机时间降至最低。

• Implementing production technology and process improvements at IC attachment.

     负责IC工序生产技术和制程的改善。

• Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting and equipment malfunction troubleshooting.

     协助解决不良品和设备不良的原因分析并解决。

• Preventive Maintenance of IC attachment lines to make sure they are in good conditions.

     通过进行预防性维护以保证设备处于良好工作状态。

• Maintenance manual updating/ drafting /record filing.

     负责设备维护指引的编写、更新和相关记录的存档。

• Create/Modify process related documents, and make sure these documents can be follow by production.

     创建或修改工艺文件，并确保其被遵守。

• Spare part management and machine supplier contact.

     备件及相关供应商的管理。

• Tooling and fixture design and preparation.

     工装夹具的设计和库存管理。

• Assist NPI engineer for PD run, analysis PD result from process point of view.

     协助NPI工程师进行新产品生产，并从制程的角度来分析生产结果。

• Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting (incl. PIR, IQD follow up, 4D report   verification) .

     协助生产进行离线质量分析，问题解决（包括生产异常报告、内部异常分析、4D报告确认等）。

• Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

     上级安排的其他工作。

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求：

• At least 2 years working experience in IE, PE, ME in electronic manufacturing / semiconductor industry, with certain project improvement experience.

     2年及以上电子制造业/半导体行业 IE, PE ,ME工作经验，有一定的项目改善经验。

• Working experience in multinational company is preferred.

     有跨国公司工作经验为佳。

• Familiar with MS office, AutoCAD and related software.

     熟悉MS Office, AutoCAD及相关工作软件。

• Logical thinking, good analytical ability.

     逻辑思维，良好的分析能力。

• Good report writing ability.

     良好的报告编写能力。

• Familiar with IC chip production process, equipment and production mode.

     熟悉IC芯片生产的流程、设备和生产模式。

• Experience in fixture and mold design and maintenance.

     有工装夹具、模具等设计维护的经验。

• Experience in improving and optimizing production process.

     有改善并优化生产制程的经验。

• Proactive and pragmatic work attitude.

     积极主动，务实的工作态度。

• Willing to learn and strong learning ability.

     有学习意愿及较强的学习能力。

• Willing to work under pressure and able to work independently.

     能在压力下工作，能适应独立工作的工作模式。
