我们的客户是一家提供系列卫浴产品研发、生产、销售、服务的专业品牌集团有限公司， 有智能产品、陶瓷洁具、浴室柜、五金龙头、淋浴房及浴缸等五大品类生产基地。

岗位职责：

1．全面负责服务工程师的管理和运维；

2. 策划服务工程师运维方案和制定组织及个人目标；

3. 工程师的招人、育人、留人模式策划实施；

4.工程师职责范畴制定、团队成员及工程师KPI制定；

5. 每月/每季度/年中/年度多维度活动策划实施；

6. 工程师定期调研，问题收集、反馈、解决；

7. 金牌工程师培训组织，策划，技能评定；

8. 工程师运维成果定期总结，成果输出。

岗位需求：

1. 对服务理念有一定的认识；对各行业的售后服务模式有一定的了解。
2. 工作年限五年以上，三年以上大型企业地售后客服管理经验，熟悉售后服务工程师工作模式;
3. 具有较强的创新能力，表达、沟通能力强；
4. 有较强的策划和运维能力；

5.本科以上学历（工科背景+服务意识）。

年薪20万（税前）
