职位描述


1.Incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail/fax)    

- receive, open, sort all incoming mail    

- bring to the attention of department manager any important requests for action ensure dispatch of outgoing mail        2.Time Management    

-Update department head and manager's working calendar; Organize/coordinate  meeting schedule of DGM; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events.                                                 

3. Travel organization for department and other VIP visitors    

-Book hotels, flights, transportations; Prepare travel expense report                                  

4.Office administration work    

-Order stationeries and pantry supplies; Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups; Organize driver's working schedule and other departmental issues. 

5.Preparation of documents in assistance to department manager    

- Prepare drafts of letters, memos, faxes, reports for the department manager upon request    

- prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by department manager upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly after approved from department manager.                     

6. Phone Calls    

- Receive and forward phone calls for department manager

- Use technical possibility of telephone system properly     

7 Others    

-Regular business reporting to JV partner if requested;    

-Regular contact with local government departments;    

-Newsletter writing for internal & external;    

-Organize internal event - annual meeting/family day/etc.    

-Assistant to STGZ management office;   

    


job requires 

1. 3 years working experience in General Assistant or related, Bachelor Degree in Administration or Business related field

2. Active, self-motivate, team player with good communication skills 

3. Good command of Microsoft office suite, especially PPT and Excel 
4. Good command of English in both written and oral 
5. Work effectively under pressure 

6. Experience in energy / automation / customer services industry, with marketing knowledge / strategic thinking, data analysis ability will be a plus
