- Creation, organization and optimization of functional team - Sourcing, Supplier Development, Planning, Logistics
- Provide in-depth analysis of potential suppliers and supply markets in Asia, develop and maintain good/ potential suppliers relationships and provide continuous supply market update to corporate / division procurement whilst keeping lowest possible inventory;
- Set supply chain targets, implement, manage and improve processes required to achieve targets(KPIs);
- Maintain and optimize the availability and inventory of materials, on-time delivery, process cost savings as well as supply chain planning & control;
- Establish SOPs, protocols and procedures for performance-based supply chain management to ensure compliance with SOX404 requirements.
- Close cooperation with US team, Asian Supply Chain Management(abbr. ASCM) team as well as suppliers to optimize existing structures and maximize potential in local purchasing.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelors / MBA in Logistics, preferably Supply Chain Management or related field;
- Strategic role. Minimum 8 years of purchasing and supply chain experience, 5+ mangement experience, preferably in a Multinational company;
- Very strong background in Supply Chain especially in Sourcing. Experienced at on-boarding and improving suppliers, developing and executing project plans, and managing internal and external relationships in a collaborative manner.
