培训经理Training Manager(学习与发展)—外企优先

Job Description:

1. Learning & OD Manager for the Company, offer opportunity to set-up the L&D function, lead TD/OD projects such as succession planning, leadership program, organizational development, etc; 
2. Analytical research. Conduct and Develop a roadmap regarding how to develop talents and obtain management's approval to proceed; 
3. Development and manage annual training plan; 
4. Design and deliver programs for management L & D activities and needs which meet business strategies; 
5. Influence management's thinking g about the provision of L&D activities and also obtain resources to deliver agreed roadmap and plan; 
6. Report on the effectiveness of L & D programs and their impact upon the development of our teams; 
7. Leverage internal training resources; 
8. Coordinate and arrange training activities; 
9. Select and manage external vendors (including contract negotiation and manage vendor relationships); 
10. Manage training budget; 
11. Evaluate L & D effectiveness. 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or equivalent. MBA is preferred;
2. Prefer 5-7 years' HR experience with focus on Leading and Development function;
3. Proven influencing capabilities; 
4. Management training courses delivery experience; 
5. Great relationship and communication skills; 
6. Proven organization and co-ordination outcomes; 
7. Prefer program design experience.
