Responsibilities

Responsible for Asia countries (excl.China) payroll, pension and tax filing

Consults and monitoring Individual Income Tax claim practices aligning with government regulation in Asia. And closely supports inbound and outbound service IIT solution

Provide support on Annual Personnel Cost budget compiling & monitoring, forecasting and analyse the cost bridge/gaps and effectiveness

Responsible for processing and consolidates annual increase process

Identifies market trends and provide benchmarking analysis for new hires, promotions, movements to management and HRBP

Job grading system review and maintenance with quality manner

Drive and supports to implement various compensation programs which involve revision, development and or redesign of existing compensation programs aligned with global compensation philosophy.

Aligns benefits and allowances policy with clear guideline, ensure competitiveness, fairness, and consistency

Key user of local HRIS, enhance the digitalization and big data solution in HR

Mobility support and compliance on inbound and outbound activities.

Administrator for HR ISO and auditing

Manage the full HR function vendors contract to ensure the quality and service

Other working task assigned by manager to deliver qualified HR service to business

Qualification:

3-5 years C&B related working experience

Has rich experience in HR system, good at excel with logical thinking

Strong analytical skills, data consolidation and strong IT skill, project management skills, result oriented, and business acumen

Good communication and influence skill

Good English both written and speaking.
