Responsibilities:

1. As the Doxis Contract Database Mgr., to take care of Contract Database management for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. 

2. Draft, review, revise, negotiate various contracts and agreements including supply and procurement accordingly to local laws and also with ATOTECH guidelines and policies. Establish and implement General Terms & Conditions; establish and implement Standard contracts for customary business scenarios based on Atotech Best Practices Contracts.

2. Drive various legal projects, like contract utilization. 

3. Manage litigations and claims and maintain the legal network with outside counsels. 

4. Advising to management, business and other relevant functions when needed.

5. Provide legal trainings/awareness to sales, procurement and other functions as needed.

6. Provide legal supports in Atotech investment project(s), like Atotech YZ plant project.

7. other ad hoc tasks assignment by the management and HQ.

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree with major in PRC Law.  

2. Specialized in contract law, commercial law, company law, labour law and litigation, etc. 

3. more than 2 years' working experiences, in which experiences in manufacturing and large-scale law firms are preferred.

4. Experience in chemistry industry preferred.

5. Solid legal foundation of PRC laws and practice;

6. Good written English, capable of handling day to day business, external negotiations and drafting in English; Oral English is a plus.

7. Strong commercial awareness and practically-oriented;

8. Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

9. Excellent team player.
