岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

-Keep tracking all test result and cooperate with physician to sending(through e-mail/fax) or calling
-patient regarding test result
-Keep track all referral report and cooperate with associate department.
-Assist department chair and medical staff in quality improvement and to assure continuity of care being
provided to all patients.
-Cooperate with medical liaison to delivery specialist or part time physician’s patient result
-Working with Cashier team regarding billing and insurance issue
-Competence with Trakcare system and be able to operate the clinic activities function in Trak
-Spoken and written translation service for all patients and chair.
-Cooperate with all departments as clinic requirement.
-Other assigned duties as when necessary.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
Education Requirement College Degree in allied health field preferred
Good computer skill

Skills:
Ability to follow protocol, policies and procedures.
Ability to understand medical terminology
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Competence in English and Chinese languages.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with physicians, nurses and support staff, and
most importantly, with patients.
Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving.
Be Flexible, and has strong team player.
Good customer skill with westerners and Chinese speaking patients

Knowledge:
Adheres to hospital confidentiality policy.
Fully understand the operation mental health department
Ability to understand, read and write medical terminology
