区域售后服务经理（福建或贵州区域各一个职位）

我们的客户是一家提供系列卫浴产品研发、生产、销售、服务的专业品牌集团有限公司， 有智能产品、陶瓷洁具、浴室柜、五金龙头、淋浴房及浴缸等五大品类生产基地。

岗位职责：

1. 负责区域内服务质量及服务美誉度提升；
2. 根据网络布建计划，筛选合格的意向服务商，提出评估意见，并被采纳；
3. 理解网络建设标准，包括软硬件、服务能力配置、升降级要求等，并据此形成对网点是否达标的初步判断，为网络整改提供有价值的意见；
4. 掌握公司服务政策、服务项目，准确、及时培训服务商，确保政策执行不偏差；
5. 根据公司客诉处理的标准和流程，一票到底解决客户问题，确保投诉不升级；
6. 推进信息日清制度并培训到位，因信息处理不及时、不准确引起的客诉有改善效果；
7. 与政府、媒体、消协、KA商超等相关部门工作人员建立日常联系，推动工作进行；

8.依据公司VIP、24小时上门服务等专项服务政策，推动服务商按标准执行。

岗位需求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，市场营销或电子信息相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上大型企业售后服务管理工作经验，建材、家居、家电相关行业优先；
3. 对服务营销、品牌营销等现代营销理念有深入认识；
4. 强大的项目管理能力，组织协调、计划、总结和逻辑思维能力；
5. 具备优秀的服务意识和责任心，抗压能力强，优秀的组织协调能力及公关能力；

6.能适应长期驻外，服从区域分配。

任职资格：

1.大学本科以上学历，市场营销或电子信息相关专业优先；

2.8年以上大型企业售后服务管理工作经验，建材、家居、家电相关行业优先；

3.对服务营销、品牌营销等现代营销理念有深入认识；

4.强大的项目管理能力，组织协调、计划、总结和逻辑思维能力；

5.具备优秀的服务意识和责任心，抗压能力强，优秀的组织协调能力及公关能力。

年薪18-20万（税前）
