Accountabilities 工作职责                                                   

1. Responsible for data maintenance (vendor master / source list / PIR) in SAP.

   负责SAP系统内的采购相关数据的维护。

2. Work with DGO/DMO team and internal functions to ensure data quality and accuracy.

   与全球数据团队和内部部门一起确保系统数据的质量和准确性。

3. Responsible for the first level trouble shooting in daily Procurement operation

  负责采购日常运作当中的初级问题解决。

4. Partner with the end users for the order process for OGS, ensure the compliance of PTP process and Purchasing Policy for the OGS items

   协助用户部门进行非原材料物料采购，确保符合公司采购政策。

5. Regularly run the reports from SAP for GCS controls and support the buyers/manager for the activity review.

  定期进行数据导出，配合全球控制标准，支持采购员/经理对采购行为进行审核。

6. Procurement document filing (Price/vendor record/contract/ Supplier, etc.)

   采购文件管理。 ·          

7. Provide admin support to the plant Procurement team

  采购部日常行政事务支持。  

Key Skills/Experience Required  职位要求

1.   Bachelor’s degree, major in Financing, Economy, Supply Chain, Trading, Business or related

    本科或以上学历，财务、经济、供应链、贸易、商务或者相关专业。

2. Two year or above related experience 两年或以上相关工作经验

3. English on level 4 or above 良好的英语能力，CET6 级以上

4. Familiar with MS Office software 熟练使用办公室软件

5. Good commutation skill 良好的沟通技巧
