KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Problem solving for the abnormal issue happened in prod line;

• Timely review process quality data and find the top issues for continuous improvement;

• Timely review with Maintenance team for machine downtime performance to find the best method to make machine stable and consistent output;

• Working instruction and SOP standardization to direct the suitable process operation;

• Design fixture or mechanism to support new process or product process design;

• Participate the PFMEA and risk assessment for new product design to evaluate the potential impact and carry out effective action plan;

• Participate the quality complaint review including internal and external customer’s issue;

• Leader or member of some Lean initiative create the continuous improvement culture
• Work with automation team to have sufficient design review for automation proposal from process design point of view;

Cooperate with automation engineer to keep analysing issues of automation machine to improve machine uptime and PPM

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• College degree;
• 5 years working experience and two years Mfg engineer experience;
• Proved achievement for assembling process machine improvement;

KNOWLEDGE:

• Mechanical design ability;
• Plastic basic knowledge;
• Root cause, 5Why knowledge;
• PFMEA and risk assessment;
• Pneumatic and electric mechanism
• PLC, HMI some knowledge is better;

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• AutoCAD, Solidworks software;

• Good English skill, writing and reading is must;

• Good logic thinking and hand-work ability by yourself;

MS office and good data deal ability using Excel;
