岗位职责：

1、我司主要产品是家具五金配件，要跟踪客户下单情况，客户下单之后，要制作PI，合同等下单给工厂做货；

2、搜索客户有意向产品，查询并且报价给客户；或将客户询价单翻译后，交由上级报价再确定出货，打样；

3、要随时掌握订单的生产及出货过程；

4、订单出货完成后，把发票发给客户，并且跟踪付款进度；

5、解决客户相关售后问题，并且整理归纳相关工作资料；

6、协助上级完成业务工作安排，完成公司分配的团队工作任务；

任职资格：

1、国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；

2、有1-3年以上跟单工作/五金类产品工作经验/优秀应届毕业生优先考虑；

2、英语/西语优秀的听、说、读、写能力；

3、熟悉出口贸易操作流程，具备贸易领域专业知识，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；

4、熟练使用常用office软件，如excel熟练使用；

5、细心耐心，善于沟通、效率较高；工作认真负责，积极主动；
