职位描述
工作职责：
l 与电镀工厂和运营团队紧密合作，制定并执行运营KPI，如产能、库存等；
l 负责月末对账和结账，以及相关流程优化；
l 负责月度生产成本差异分析，包括价格差异和数量差异；
l 提高效率并降低整个业务成本；
l 组织存货、固定资产盘点，并加强对其监管；
l 负责进行物料消耗分析和RM损耗分析；
l 编制财务报告，审查工厂绩效和运营费用；
l 通过成本核算，分析工厂运行中存在的问题，提出改进建议；
l 跟踪部门反馈并为管理决策提供支持；
l 支持相关预测包括直接成本差异、成本削减计划、工资率差异和非标准差异；
l 收集各部门的数据，监控各部门的生产力；
l 与运营管理层联系，确保系统记录准确性，包括所有流程和不合格品；
l 参与ERP系统优化提升；
l 确保工厂政策和流程落地，符合公司策略方向，并遵守相应的安全政策；
l 负责按指定的任务进行临时分析。
任职要求：
l 会计或金融专业本科学历；
l 6年以上工业/制造业行业财务/控制分析经验；
l 珠宝生产行业和成本核算经验者优先；
l 分析能力强，具有较好的问题解决和实践能力；
l 具备较好的团队合作精神，管理能力强；
l 熟练使用计算机以及使用各种微软办公应用软件；
l 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
l 英语听说读写流利；
l 有较强的自驱力，目标导向；
l 能够在紧迫的期限内完成多项任务，并达到预期目标；
l 具有培养和发展合作伙伴关系的能力，以推动双方增长。
Responsibilities:
l Work with plating factory and Operations team to deliver operations key performance indicators, such as productivity,
inventory.
l Month End Close Reconciliations and Process Optimization.
l Perform production monthly cost variance analysis, include price variance and quantity variance.
l Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
l Organize stock take for inventory and fixed asset, strengthen inventory and fixed asset supervision.
l Perform material consumption analysis and RM loss analysis.
l Prepare financial reporting and review plant performance and operating expenses.
l Analyzed problems existing in the factory’s operation through cost accounting, and put forward suggestions for
improvement.
l Follow rejection by department and provide support for management decisions.
l Support forecasting of direct cost variances, cost reduction programs, wage rate variance and non-standard variances.
l Gather the data of each department and monitor the productivity of each department.
l Liaise with operation management and make sure all processes and rejections are properly recorded in the system.
l Participate in ERP system improvement.
l Assurance that plant policies and procedures are in place and consistent with corporate guidelines and comply with
safety policy.
l Perform ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
Qualifications:
l Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
l 6+ years of experience in Controlling/Finance in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
l Jewelry Manufacturing industry and costing experience preferred.
l Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills.
l Strong team player with good management skills.
l Strong PC skills and proficiency with various applications: MS Excel, MS Office.
l Excellent oral and written communication skills.
l Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
l Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing tasks.
l Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines and deliver to expectations.
l Demonstrated ability to foster and develop relationships that partner to drive growth.
