职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司平面设计相关工作，包括活动物料、海报、画册排版，品牌包装形象设计，标志设计，品牌VI/UI设计、宣传册、产品包装、平面效果、Banner设计、H5设计等；
2、负责实时洞悉市场需求和发展趋势，对每次活动平面内容进行构思，设计排版和沟通；
3、负责把控设计方案的操作进度及设计成品质量，定期反馈项目进展；
4、完成公司业务需要的其他设计工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，艺术设计专业；
2、6年以上业内从业经验，有视频设计经验者可优先考虑；
3、精通Photoshop、illustrator等设计软件，设计思路活跃，具有良好的平面创意及表现能力；
4、对品牌VI/ UI设计有独到的见解和设计经验；
5、具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，有一定的项目组织推进能力。
