1. 主导现场IE改善项目的实施，节约成本，提高效率和改善产品质量；
2. 负责推动车间工艺、流程、辅助工具的改善，人力优化及效率评估等；
3. 负责跟进精益生产项目推行进度，统筹精益生产车间工时工价的制定，协调处理精益生产项目中遇到的问题；
4. 协助IE经理对已定方案的推行状况进行追踪、整理及汇报；
5. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

1. 大专及以上学历，英文熟练者优先；
2. 三年以上大、中型外资企业IE/精益相关职位工作经验；
3. 精通生产工艺，熟悉现场管理，善于运用IE方法平衡生产流水，提升生产效率；
4. 精通办公软件，善于收集分析各类生产、工艺数据；
5. 良好的沟通协调能力、工作推动能力和团队合作精神。
