In this role, you’ll:

• Work with multiple teams to deliver high quality hiring results in a fast-changing work environment.
• Partner with hiring teams to set best-suited sourcing and hiring strategies, utilize timing and hiring resources effectively to find and attract talents, take initiatives to provide data-driven insight, solve challenges, produce solutions and drive for results and alignment in an efficient manner.
• Proactively source and engage with top tier talents to build a long-term pipeline
• Initiate actions and practices to improve hiring efficiency, promote employer branding, candidate experience and engagement.
• Support with HRBP or other HR function matters sometimes.

An ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor degree or above with 1+ years of working experience in staffing or consulting area
• Strong Interest in people-oriented work, smart and self-motivated
• Able to analyze, prioritize, articulate and communicate well
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
• Relevant working experience from multinational high-tech companies, top tier executive search firms or consulting firms would be a plus.

小马智行（Pony.ai）由前百度首席架构师彭军联手与编程世界冠军楼天城共同创立，由清华大学姚期智院士担任公司首席顾问，旨在为全球提供最先进、最安全、最可靠的自动驾驶技术。以中美为据点，小马智行在硅谷、广州、北京均设有技术研发中心，专注于提供全栈式L4级自动驾驶技术，在中美城区公开道路均展开常态化路测和车队运行。
 
由小马智行独立开发的多层次自动驾驶系统架构及操作平台替代了大多数自动驾驶公司曾采用的传统ROS系统，不仅优化了自动驾驶技术的底层系统，支持快速迭代，同时高度优化并适应车载计算环境，使得系统的实时性能、作业调度、数据传输和吞吐效率上有质的提升。公司提供全栈技术解决方案，包括感知、预测、规划与控制，进行全自动驾驶解决方案自研发。
 
2017年6月，小马智行获得美国加州路测许可证，在城区公开市内道路上实现24小时白天黑夜人车混流全自动无人驾驶。
 
2017年12月，小马智行自动驾驶车辆开始在广州南沙城区公开道路上路测试。
 
2018年2月，小马智行于清华大学正式开设全国首门自动驾驶高校课程，由楼天城和公司顶尖工程师授课。
 
2018年2月2日与广汽签署了战略合作协议，在研发、资本、品牌等领域进行全方位的深度合作，联合打造中国最顶尖的智能驾驶系统及量产技术。
 
2018年6月，小马智行获得北京市T3级自动驾驶路测牌照，成为第一个获此最高资质的初创公司。
 
2018年7月，小马智行宣布A轮融资额达2.14亿美元，成为中国吸金力最强、估值最高的自动驾驶初创企业。
 
2018年12月，小马智行推出测试版自动驾驶打车应用程序，并配合展开广州南沙城区自动驾驶打车及接驳测试，成为最早在中国城区公开道路展开该测试的自动驾驶公司。
