_3-5 years working experience on agency side
_University of arts education or equivalent, B.A.
_Advertising agency experienced with focus on integrated campaign and Point-of-Sale (Display and Print-Collateral)
_Should have worked on big client accounts.
_Software: Excellent Adobe Creative Suite-skills (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office, additional skills online and 3D would be great
_Language: Mandarin (excellent) and English (good)
_Concept-driven (has to catch the core idea quite fast) with good design sense, high ability to craft perfectly
_well-organized, flexible and resilient, able to work under pressure
_a good, well-organized portfolio with good examples in Campaign, Typography and Design
_FMCG and/or electronic consumer goods experience would be good
_A connection to activation, retail space or promotion
