岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:


解决供应商订舱过程中出现的各种问题，及时把船期信息更新给英国船务部门。
      Assist suppliers to solve various problems during booking process  and pass vessel information to UK team on time .
  2. 根据货物装柜情况，及时向供应商收集相关船务资料，确认无误后发给英国船务部门。
     Collect all shipping documents and make sure  all is correct before sending to UK team .
  3. 追踪货物到港情况，向供应商收集清关资料的。
     Collect customs clearance documents once goods  arrives .
  4. 保持与供应商和英国总部，公司内各相关部门高效良好沟通，确保所有船务出运信息准确
                                        
    Maintain close communication & coordination with  suppliers and UK headquarter, work closely with internal departments to  maintain work flow efficiency. 


岗位要求：
Qualifications:
具良好的英文读写能力 Fluent in spoken and written English 
至少两年或以上相关经验 At least 2 years working experience in related field 
熟悉船务相关文件及条款 Able to handle full set of shipping documents independently 
能在压力下，独立处理工作 Mature, independent and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
