岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历，年龄在22岁到30岁之间。

2.有冲劲，爱学习。

3.性格外向开朗，善于沟通，有耐心、有责任心

4.有相关平台运营经验，能独立负责阿里巴巴国际站的运营工作（有经者优先）

5.熟悉阿里巴巴国际站排名规则，对提高店铺转化率有丰富经验；热爱外贸推广工作，有阿里巴巴国际站P4P操作及信保订单经验优先考虑；
