任职要求：

1. 负责对公司服务产品介绍的短视频拍摄与制作，对结果负责（用于抖音、视频栏目或其他宣传平台）

2. 具有初步的策划能力，清晰的拍摄逻辑，熟悉掌握并熟练运用视听语言

3. 可以独立或团队合作完成视频拍摄和后期编辑

4. 熟练运用剪辑及特效软件

5.有良好的审美，对构图和光线有敏锐的感受能力

岗位要求

1. 至少2年的影视制作工作经验（影视制作相关专业优先）；

2. 能熟练使用影视后期制作设计软件；

3. 熟知数字化与新媒体，市场营销和基本行业知识；

4. 有创造力，自信，负责，细心，热爱分享。
