岗位： 

船务助理 (Shipping Assistant)

Responsibilities :

1，Review and prepare shipment paperwork

2，Review and update packing list provided by vendors

3，Follow up with sales, vendors and forwarders on booking forecast to ensure goods is delivered on time

4，Analyze shipment data and provide analysis to management

5，Update shipment tracker and system timely

6，Support ad hoc assignment

职责：

1，复查和准备船务资料

2，复查以及更新供应商提供的装箱资料等单据

3，与销售跟单，供应商以及货代一起安排预定仓位等， 确保所有货物准时交货

4，分析装运资料，提供资料分析给管理层

5，及时更新货运追踪以及信息

6，能够接受突如其来的工作安排

Qualifications:

1，College / University graduate in English, Foreign trade, Logistics, Economic is preferred

2，Minimum 1 years working experience in Logistics

3，Relevant experience in Toys, sundries, handbags or trading company is preferred

4，Good computer skills, MS Office knowledge is required

5，Excellent data analytical skill. Able to work independently with high pressure.

6，Effective communication skills. Team player who able to work and interact with others effectively

7，Aggressive, self-motivated & energetic. Strong sense of commitment & ownership

8，Good in English. Both written and verbal English.

职位要求：

1，学院专科/大学本科毕业， 英语、外贸、物流、经济专业优先  

2，至少1年物流工作经验

3，有相关玩具， 杂货，手袋，外贸公司工作经验者优先

4，优秀的电脑操作技能， 必须熟练所有办公软件操作

5，优秀的数据分析能力， 可以在高度压力下独立完成工作

6，有效的沟通能力，善于通力合作，能够与其他同事很好的合作沟通

7，积极进取、自我激励、积极向上的工作态度和强烈的责任感

8，良好的英语读写水平

工作时间：周一至周五9：00-12：30，14：00-18：00，周六9：00-12：30，14：00-16：00， （长短周， 月休6天）

试用期一个月
