岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Customer Solution Director is responsible for providing overall Sales Leadership and Development for Guangzhou United Family Healthcare to ensure revenue growth targeted towards existing and new clients in B2C, B2B and B2D sales channels, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets and specific goals.
? Provide training, support and leadership to Great Bay Area Customer Solution team members to ensure all revenue targets are met.
? Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments within GZU.
? Directly negotiate and close agreements with large customers
? Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
? Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
? Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
? Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation and new product development

任职资格:

1. At least 10 year experience in B2C and/or B2B direct sales channels of which at least 3 years in managing a high performance sales team in a regional role.
2. Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
3. Strong communication and team management skills
4. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Availability to travel as needed
6. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
7. Fluent in English and Chinese
