? Minimum 5 years hands-on project management experience of end-to-end delivery of business systems project
? Leadership capabilities including the ability to create and develop a sense of team between the regions and functions
? Strong knowledge in ERP project, Netsuite or SAP would be prefect.
? Understand the business requirement and supply Chain flow
? Strong sense of project approach and discipline
? Communication skills; provides clarity to different level of users
? Excellent organisational, planning & time management skills
? Ability to manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, differing reporting lines, multi-site programmes & projects as well as scope change & risk
? Able to handle pressure, resource constraint with proven successful implementation track record
? Oral and written proficiency in Englsih
