一、 岗位职责：

1、通过开发与维护券商、上市公司等各种渠道，获取有减持意向的上市公司股东等相关信息；

2、负责开拓上市公司股东减持项目，根据客户需求提供方案；通过各种途径建立与客户的沟通机制,组织谈判并取得初步合作意向；

3、收集整理相关的市场动态和信息，定期与合作客户进行沟通，为客户提供增值服务，建立良好的长期合作关系；

4、性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力。
