负责培训的长期战略规划，参与培训工具的制作，协助培训课程的开展。
需要你
1.参与Luxury培训工具的制作，如培训视频、培训卡片的制作，品牌资料的搜集和整理；
2.协助日常培训工作，如实地协助店员开展培训；
3.参与并协助培训项目，如直播，美丽课堂等。
希望你
1.本科大三或继续考研的在校生，一周至少可上班4天，可实习4个月以上优先；
2.对美妆保持热爱、对护肤保养，spa有一定研究；
3.善于总结，对excel，ppt有较熟练的操作，并有一定美感；
4.执行力强，主动性高，有责任意识，细心耐心，沟通能力；
5.有创新想法，敢于挑战，总结能力强，有一定耐压能力。
