Purpose of position:     

- Following the request of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Participate with the MFE team for the new and SOP product.

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the new project schedule, generate and control the equipment development timing, guarantee the project SOP timing.

2. Lead the plant team member to define the equipment technical demand, generate and optimize the machine technical specification before purchase sourcing.

3. Cooperate with the purchaser, quote the new machines, evaluate the supplier quotation in details, and improve the process reasonably, in order to reduce the new machine investment, guarantee and reach the new project investment target.

4. Lead the plant team member to launch the equipment design review, pre-acceptance activity, handle the development progress effectively.

5. Lead to finish the new line machine layout, setup, installation, debug, traceability activity, and support to finish the new project samples production.

6. Finish the WI document, train the operators and technicians.

7. Lead to finish the machine final acceptance, pass the PPAP audit on time.

8. Document the valuable process development experience, and extend to others available projects.

9. Lead the new process introduction.

10. Participate to optimize and improve the product manufacturing process

11. Continuous improvements for the process with WCM approach.

Qualifications:

1. University diploma, Mechanical Automation or electrical automation bachelor degree or above

2. 3-5 years of experience, Non-standard equipment manufacturing and development management experience is preferable

3. Knowledge of IT Tools (Product/process, environmental, Safety system, Finance basics)

4. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software

5. Good command of English in both spoken and written
