Report to： Sr. Director, Global Finance in US

Location ： Shenzhen

Company Profile：

Headquartered in America，the company is a market-leading high-tech manufacturer.

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for WW MFG reporting and analysis (monthly/quarterly).
• Manage monthly close process with Cost Accounting and Operations teams–Inventory management including moving to forward looking E&O process–Variance reductions with Line Management.
• Develop KPIs for weekly/monthly MFG dashboard.
• Drive Annual Operating Plan for WW MFG.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to identify process inefficiencies, drive and track cost reduction initiatives.
• Responsible for WW CAPEX planning for Operations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Finance FP&A experience, preferably in finance operations roles.
• Experience in hardware, component, or equivalent multi-national company at corporate headquarters.
• Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management; detail oriented a must.
• Ability to produce high quality financial reports, analysis, for all levels including board of directors, executive management, or team members requiring more depth of information.
• Fast paced with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks, and manage to deadlines.
• Creative, change oriented, understands cross functional business processes and can drive improvements.
• High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required.

• Experience with Oracle R12, Hyperion required; can work collaboratively with IT partners to define requirements and work towards project deadlines.
