Responsibilities：

• Handle monthly close costing section, including costs related accounting entries and MFG variance (PPV, scrap, E&O and so on) flux analysis.
• Monthly MFG variance forecast and bridge analysis.
• Quarterly standard cost update, labor and OH rate calculation.
• Inventory cycle count and physical count audit.
• Inventory flux analysis and reconciliation.
• Cost reduction analysis and KPI calculation.
• Coordinate with external (PWC) and internal (SOX) audit.
• Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
• At least 6 years costing related experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
• Good oral English communication skills.
• Strong analytics and team player with a unique combination of finance and systems knowledge.
• Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
• Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team work spirit.
• Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is a plus.
