Responsibilities：
？ Drive OPEX activities in China logistics to achieve VS organization.
？ Implement OPEX standard in China logistics under the guideline of global.
？ Make and implement OPEX training plan in China logistics.
？ Optimize process related to logistics to improve visualization, balance workload, reduce waste and improve productivity.
？ Lead OPEX assessment/self – assessment in China logistics.
？ Organize CIP activities in China Logistics.


Requirements:
？ Bachelor`s degree with IE background.
？ 5~7 years of OPEX/Lean related working experience.
？ Good skill of English – Speaking and writing.
？ High integrity, mature, open-minded, independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure. Passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth.
？ Hard working, teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Lean/OPEX mindset.
？ Problem solving.
？ CAD.
