Job Responsibility:

1. Focusing on aligning GCN forecasts and drive supply chain to support GCN sales strategy with clear understanding and validation

a)    Deal with SNP alters

b)    Join S&OP monthly meetings to optimize planning figure

c)     Work with SC team to allocate the demand which exceeds supply properly

d)    Balance inventory level to ensure delivery performance with reasonable investment

1. Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root cause / shortages and drive to close the gap
2. Integrate with HQ SNP team Market Supply Team to solve SNP technical issue, enhance cooperation

 

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree in business analysis, Math, Economics, Supply Chain, Automation, Mechatronic, Mechanical etc. MBA in business analysis, engineering, operations, would be strong plus
2. 1-3 years work experiences in SCM, including MRP or SNP function, order management, production planning, etc
3. Skills:

a)    Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO tools required

b)    Good Microsoft Office software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) skills

1. With systematic and logic approach
2. With good communication skills
3. Speak, read and write in English fluently
4. Basic knowledge of factory and/or automation industry is necessary
