Part of the Electronics Business line, the position has following scope:

Be the local representative for System Development activities for the Electronic Business line including:

Solution Architecture

Manage following domains/teams in synchronization with SYS Manager:

Cluster & Display System Team

Infotainment & Telematics System Team

Advanced Engineering

Be the referent for System Architecture definition targeting the efficient platform approach:

Maximizing the local or worldwide reuse

Stepping forward for customizations if more efficient solution not available

Remain synchronize with Europe about technologies and solutions

Be the referent to guide customer for the most efficient architecture definitions

Coordinate the technical activities in close linked with other local Domain team

Coordinate the advanced engineering activities in close linked with other local Domain team

Be in close relationship with System Requirement and Solution Architecture worldwide Area

Be the responsible of Product DFMEA activities

Be in close relationship with the Advanced Engineering Team in Europe

Be the sponsor of the Quality Process/Robustness improvements (A-SPICE, ISO26262)

Be the sponsor of teammates coaching and evolution across the organization

Insure team are following confidentiality management processes under ISO27001 scope

Support Supplier Quality/Purchasing Team to perform Supplier Quality audits

Review and understand system requirement and writes system architecture specification

Support ***’s development and industrialization team

Drives defect root cause analysis

Change and traceability management

Participates to the offer, development and production of the projects

Review and understand system requirement and writes system architecture specification

Negotiate with customer for technical issues

Follow A-SPICE for system engineering

Review the Customer requirements specification with the support of the different disciplines

Creation of the System Architecture of the Product with the support of all R&D Dept. (SW; HW: Mechanics, Optics and Display)

Identification of the safety requirements and flagging

Allocation of the Architecture requirements to the responsible disciplines

Responsible to write the feasibility comment for each Architecture requirement (compliance matrix) with the support of the project team and to send it to the customer

Responsible for the requirement’s input to the Configuration Management and support during the release planning

Responsible to track the evolution of the requirements and to submit them to the internal departments (PL, inside R&D, PE, Sourcing, Sales)

Creation of product functions and allocation to the technical disciplines

Identification of shared functionalities over several technical disciplines (e.g. illumination: SW, HW, Mechanics, Optics) and management of the interdisciplinary development with the aim to secure the quality of the function itself is assured

Responsible that GAP analysis and technical risk assessment are performed with the support of the disciplines

Driving of analysis of Quality problems during ramp-up phase starting from the system view

Responsible to apply standard analysis metrics like FTA during analysis of problems

Responsible to plan the complete system development cycle and to support the Project Leader in the project planning for the incremental SW increase.

Responsible that system integration testing and functional system validation will be performed compliant to the overall project plan

Responsible for the review of the test cases:

Review of the system integration tests

Responsible for the error tracking and assignment for internal and errors submitted by the customer

Support the Project Leader on the continuous improvement process to increase product margin and profit with the aim to define and to realize these potentials before SOP with special focus on requirement’s changes and its cost impact both R&D costs and BOM

Embedded SW Development with real time constraints experience or embedded hardware development or Embedded System Developments

Product Development Standard Processes knowledge (Automotive SPICE, ISO26262)

At least Bachelor degree on Automation/Automotive/Communication/Electronic/Computer Science

Automotive Embedded System Team management at least during 5 years with overall experience at least of 8 years

Technical background in Instrument Cluster, Telematics System, Telecom, Infotainment areas will be appreciated
