Job description

During the Production startup phase and according the Test Development phase done there are different activities that will followed:

1. Support in the analysis of the electrical diagram and layout
2. Support in the management of the Test Prescription indicating the requirement for the Test
3. Support or the development of the EOL Test SW to be used in the EOL. Test Equipment or functional test benches
4. Support to the Test Coverage calculation
5. Support for the Validation / Release of the Test Tools in the Plant
6. Support for the FTG and cp / cpk analysis with the management of the actions generated.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge in Design for Testability concepts and Production Testing Process
2. Knowledge in Production Tools (like InCircuit,EOL)
3. Good Knowledge in Labview and TestStand SW from National Instruments
4. Knowledge in the Electrical Drawings with microprocessor
5. Knowledge in measurement systems and instrumentation
6. Knowledge of Automotive environments
7. Good team player in an international environment
8. Knowledge on suppliers management
9. Knowledge in the Electrical Drawings with microprocessor
10. Knowledge in data management for traceability and automatic lines
11. Knowledge in Automotive Safety environment
12. English language is required for all documentation.
13. Microsoft Office is required for all documentation (Word, Excel), unless otherwise stated for each deliverable
