The goal of the position is to support official duty of preassembly process and planning for our preassembly workshop.

What you will do:

1. Responsible the scope of official duty of preassembly process and planning                                                 

负责其职责范围内的装配工艺优化与发展和计划

2. Responsible the scope of official duty of preassembly project executing, progress follow-up, cost control (work hour)                                                                                                                       

负责其职责范围内的项目执行，进度跟踪，项目工时控制

3.  Responsible for the scope of official duty of 5S house keeping develop, standardization, visualize, etc.                                                                                                                                 

负责其职责范围内5S改善项目的推行，标准化，目视化等        

4.  Responsible the scope of official duty of the QHSE development project executing, review, progress follow-up 

负责其职责范围内的质量，安全发展改善项目的执行，回顾，进度跟踪     

5.  Responsible for other tasks assigned by Supervisors                                                                                                          负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务                                        

6.  Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

7. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
为下属安排适当的培训并/或对其进行培训指导，以确保下属具备完成工作所需的知识、技能和能力

8. Defines and explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.

What should you bring along?

1. Able to speak English during daily communication

3. College or above degree, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant professional
