岗位职责

1. 从品质和合规角度对产前样和大货样进行评估，识别安全和违规风险并提出改善方案，提交样品评估报告并定期整理分析。

2. 产品检验标准的制定和维护。

3. 解答验货员在验货中遇到的品质疑难问题。

4. 审核验货报告，并针对验货员发现的品质问题提出改进措施并验证效果。

5. 调查客户投诉和其他品质异常问题，提出改善对策并推动实施。

6. 审核重点供应商的制程和品控流程，提升工厂大货品质。

7. 在下单前对潜在供应商进行现场评估，并提交供应商评估报告。

8. 订单任务繁忙时，完成日常验货工作。

9. 收集、记录验货相关的典型正反面案例，定期整理汇报。

10. 上级交待的其它任务。

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate the pre-production samples and mass production samples from quality and compliance perspectives, identify the potential safety and violation risk and propose the improvement action plan, submit sample evaluation reports and conduct periodical analysis.

2. Draw up and maintain the standard inspection procedures and check points for multiple product categories.

3. Resolve inspectors’ confusion and give them support when they encounter problems during daily inspection work.

4. Review inspection reports, and work with sourcing team for corrective/improvement actions to solve the quality issues reported by the inspectors, follow up and verify the effectiveness of the actions.

5. Investigate customer complaints and other quality problems, analyse the root causes, drive and verify improvement actions.

6. Audit top vendors’ manufacturing processes and quality control procedures and practices, improve factories’ quality performance.

7. Conduct on-site assessment for potential suppliers prior to order placements, submit assessment reports with reasonable overall conclusions.

8. Conduct product inspections personally in peak season when necessary.

9. Collect and record the typical positive and negative cases in terms of inspection, report to the superior periodically.

10. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

任职要求

1. 必须有全日制大专或以上理工科学历。

2. 3年以上QE工作经验或5年以上产品抽样检验工作经验。

3. 熟悉北美市场产品合规要求和品质标准，熟悉产品抽样检验流程、AQL标准、实际验货操作。

4. 熟悉日用杂货和电子产品的生产工艺，熟悉木材、竹子、MDF、五金、塑胶、纸等各类材料的加工工艺。

5. 熟悉ISO9001质量体系、工厂审核，熟练运用QC7手法、8D等质量工具。

6. 有第三方认证/测试实验室工作经验者优先，有FMEA等品质工具实操经验是一个加分项。

7. 熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件。

8. 良好的英文读写能力，优秀的中文口头和书面表达能力。

9. 良好的沟通、协调能力，较强的策划、组织、执行能力，较强的学习能力。
10. 抗压能力强，工作作风严谨，适应能力强，较强的责任心和原则性。

Requirements

1. Full-time college and above education background in science or engineering is a must.

2. At least 3 years experience at a QE position, or at least 5 years experience in random sampling inspections, experience in team management is a significant plus.

3. Be familiar with North America product compliance requirements and quality standards, be well in product sampling inspection procedures, AQL standards and actual inspection practices.

4. Be familiar with manufacturing techniques for various household supplies, and know about the processing technologies for kinds of materials, such as wood, bamboo, MDF, metal, plastic, paper, etc.

5. Know well about the ISO9001 QMS and factory audit, be good at QC 7 tools, 8D and other quality skills.

6. Those who have experience working in 3rd party certification/testing labs will get privilege, the practical experience in FMEA/APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC is a dominating plus.

7. Be proficient in Excel, word, PPT, etc. is a must.

8. Good English reading and writing skills, excellent mandarin verbal and writing skills.

9. Good communication and coordination skills, strong ability of planning, organizing, execution and learning.

10. Pressure-resistant, work with rigour, adaptive capacity, tremendous sense of responsibility and principle.
