Requirements

We are looking for engineers who are interested in joining us on our journey as we extend, adapt and improve our products. Opportunities range from building new front-end modules, enhancing our backend services and in some places engineering new versions of modules. Most importantly, we look for people who are keen to learn and help us find new and innovative ways to build well-crafted software that delights customers.

What you'll be doing

-Collaborating with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software that our customers love.

-Producing clean, consistent and well-organised code that we regularly push to production on our technology stack:

-C# and Web API

-MS SQL, Redis and Azure storage

-TypeScript, React and Redux

-Azure infrastructure and platform services

-Working with the team to identify and implement improvements in our processes, practices and product.

-Working in a “build it and run it” environment where engineering teams build, deploy, monitor and support their components that they own.

-Leading design and adoption of modern technical practices such as DDD, TDD, CI/CD, pair-programming and mob-programming.

-Mentoring and coaching other engineers. Everyone has something to learn and something to share.

What you'll bring to the team

-Experience as a full-stack engineer who is interested in learning and applying the technologies and frameworks in our stack.

-Great verbal and written English communication skills

-Openness to receiving and giving feedback in a safe and inclusive work environment.

-Experience working in agile development teams that applied and experimented with practices such as emergent design, infrastructure automation and continuous delivery.

-Willingness to jump into our legacy code to improve it when needed.

-Interest in working in multiple languages across all layers (from front-end to back-end).

-Excitement about learning how our industry operates.
