Responsibilities: 

  

1) Responsible of Production line process management, new projects process design and development.

  

2) Implement PFMEA, make control plan and design process development, production line layout design.

  

3) Plan production material flow in workshop, make production line JIG, fixture and gauge design, define material usage and process cycle time; Edit and update process documents, training and corrective at line.

  

4) Responsible for training for production line operator, new process/new material trial run, and related material program.

  

5) Responsible for production line continuous improvement and optimize process;

  

6) Make quick response to customer quality complain and reaction.

  

7) Edit and execute process according to IATF, EHS requirement.

  

8) Responsible for the parts, product and process related product safety under control, and follow the findings of PSR line walk.

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automation;

2. 5 years of relevant working experience;

3. Familiar with process design and production line layout design ;

4. Must be related to quality, environment, safety consciousness and common sense;

5. Have strong professional dedication and teamwork spirit；

6. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing ability；
