Job Description:

- For Regular Research Inputs and outputs:

- Data mining analysis and report  writeup in support of the regular research publications and ppts in relation to the Guangzhou retail property Market .

- Administrative support to the team

- For ad hoc and external client research project:

- Data collection and analysis in support of exercises of this kind.

- Complete all tasks assigned by the Research Head.

 

Job Requirement:

- BSC/BA degrees holder , with major in real estate, accounting ,statistics or linguistics .MSS/MA or MPhil is a plus;

- Logical and creative thinking with attention to details and strong numerical skills;

- Good team-work spirit ,and a self-starter and fast-learner;

- Strong language and self-expression skills, preferably a good English speaker and a native Chinese.

- Proficiency in Microsoft software ,especially word excel and PowerPoint.
