岗位职责：
1、负责漫画类图书的选题策划立项和纸书出版流程控制;
2、负责漫画IP开发，从选题、素材搜集、画手沟通、内容策划，剧本确认到立项，之后跟进创作进度，把控剧情、分镜、画面质量，开发受市场欢迎的漫画作品，目标是为公司创造优质IP资源；
3、负责图书的营销，所开发漫画作品的宣发工作。
4、组建和管理项目小组所有事项；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上漫画编辑或漫画创作及漫画选题策划相关经验，有团队管理经验优先；
2、热爱动漫，熟悉漫画创作流程，具备较好的漫画成品视觉审美能力；
3、有鉴赏漫画及剧本的功底，擅长创意策划及漫画开发能力；
4、了解国内外流行的漫画内容，善于追踪当下流行题材，对漫画市场与趋势有较强的洞察力和敏锐性；
5、熟悉各大漫画平台，阅读量丰富；
6、有自驱力和责任心，良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，学习、适应能力强。
