职位描述
The purpose of the role is to create sustainable and profitable relationships with customers by helping them to succeed. The role is accountable for all sales activities, to help sales team to maintain relationship between customers and set up a channel to communicate with overseas technical support team.
She will be responsible for identifying priority accounts and agreeing on strategies and tactics for high growth opportunities. The inside sales will work closely with the Enduesr/distributors and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy. Help sales team to collect and analyze data.
- Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
- Active interaction with customers by calls, mails, edm, flyers or other social media.
- Take care of customer life cycle management, include acquisition, nursery, development and prevent lapsing.
- Routine works like quotation, order receiving, follow-up to POs, marketing campaign execution, manage customer profile, paper work and may visit customer upon needs, etc.
- Support to field sales, especially for key accounts; also need to take care of middle-to small accounts with ownership.
- Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
- Help sales team to collect and analyze data to generate report.
- Deal with complaints and technical issues from customers, communicate with overseas support team to get the suitable response for clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- College degree or above, major in biology/science will be preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales assistant, customer service or marketing specialist
- Experienced on telesales script as preferred
- Good communication skills and clear mandarin pronunciation. Proficiency in written and spoken English, computer skills as well
- Outgoing, confident, patient personality and customer oriented attitude
- Team player, high ethic standard, and also desire for a long-term career in sales
