1. 对新产品开发提供全程技术支持；

2. 制定项目开发进度计划，并控制项目按计划顺利进行；

3. 与客户沟通交流，充分理解客户的要求，按照客户要求制定产品技术标准及包装规范；

4. 与模具，二次加工等供应商沟通交流，指导和督促模具供应商开发出符合公司要求的模具，指导

和督促二次加工等供应商生产出符合公司要求的产品；

5. 与生产及质量工程师一起完成新模具试模，打样，限度板制作，模具验收工作

6. 协助销售完成新产品模具及产品报价；

7. 解决日常生产中的技术问题。

岗位要求

1. 大专以上学历（全日制）；

2.3 年以上新产品项目开发工作经验；

3. 熟悉塑料模具结构；

4. 熟悉塑料注塑工艺；

5. 熟悉常用塑料特性；

6. 熟悉塑料产品二次加工工艺，如印刷，烫金，喷涂，电镀，焊接等；

7. 性格开朗，有良好的沟通交流能力；

8. 英语良好。
