岗位职责：

1、 协助项目物业总经理开展客服职责范围内的各项工作。

2、 负责小区日常服务管理工作的检查、监督，对不符合理要求的现象，及时纠正或向上级及相关部门反映。

3、 负责小区业主投诉、纠纷协调处理和业主日常联系走访及意见征询工作，制订并组织实施小区业主各阶段联系沟通方案，积极赢得广大业主的理解、支持。

4、 组织办理业主入住和装修手续及相关资料的归档；

5、 组织指导客服员工对业主报修接待、登记，及时安排维修部上门处理，并做好相应督促和业主对处理结果的意见征询工作；

6、 负责物业管理相关费用的收缴工作。

7、 配合物业总经理做好年度财务预算的数据统计汇总工作。

8、 负责客服部员工的考核工作。

9、 协助并参与日常业主联系走访工作，与业主建立良好的沟通关系。

10、 负责组织社区文化活动及社区宣传工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽学历限制；

2、同岗位工作经验5年以上；

3、有高端住宅项目经验；

4、具备较强的执行能力、组织能力、管理能力和领导能力。
