职位描述
1、依据公司的年度经营目标，制定海外汽车市场的策略，并对国际市场积极关注，及时做出有效应对决策。
2、主导参与汽车项目海外业务的重要商务谈判及事务处理。
3、制定海外市场拓展和事业经营的战略规划，组织实施公司海外市场战略部署。
4、对集团相关业务的海外市场进行调研，及时掌握海外市场动态，提供集团发展战略计划的决策支撑。
5、积极有效地组建和管理海外团队和当地团队
6、负责海外市场的品牌维护
7、负责海外事业的拓展及策划及销售计划的落实完成的跟踪
8、负责海外事业部门的全面业务工作；
9、负责海外市场信息的收集、整理、统计与分析，及时提出合理化建议
任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，管理类、金融类相关专业，MBA优先；
2、5年以上同等岗位工作经验，跨国业务管理经验优先；
3、具备国际贸易知识和丰富的实战工作经验，熟悉企业管理及相关行业法律法规；
4、较强的谈判能力和应变能力，熟悉了解国际市场动态；
5、具备高抗压能力，勇于担当责任，很强的计划、组织、沟通协调、激励和团队领导能力；
6、具备较强的战略思维，资源整合思维和创新思维；
7、具有出色的商务谈判的沟通技巧及开拓能力；
8、英语口语及文案能力优秀。
