   下属: 2名大客户经理

   长驻工作地点：优先考虑愿意长驻广州的人选，如果候选人优秀，其他地区亦可考虑。

   
   

   主要工作职责/Main job responsibilities：

1. 制定市场营销策略；

2. 负责客户开发、市场开拓计划、产品销售和售后服务，维护客情关系；

3. 完成预定的销售目标，确保货款及时回收；

4. 管理团队，指导和协助团队人员完成工作目标；

5. 开发及完善销售渠道、建立并不断完善销售管理制度；

6. 按时完成公司规定的报表；

7. 根据需要举办区域技术讲座或各种研讨会；

8. 完成上司安排的其他工作。

职位要求/Requirements：

1. 本科或以上学历，硕士优先，水产或相关专业毕业；

2. 8年以上相关销售或销售管理经验；

3. 良好的英语水平，能用口语进行基本交流；

4. 良好的团队管理能力。
