工作职责:

    

?进行质量检验，确保发运的产品符合威斯曼的质量要求。

    

?了解4分制检验方法及判定规则，按照公司要求进行面料质量检验并提交英文检验报告

    

?应该有扎实的经编和圆形针织面料的基础知识，特别是用于游泳的面料。

    

?在开发和生产过程中，就任何技术相关问题进行联络和促进问题解决和决策。

    

?在开发和生产过程中，建立并提供给面料工程师最有实际操作性的建议和方法。

    

?建立和发展对各种品牌需求的清晰理解，并与供应商维持***道德标准的紧密合作关系。

    

?在产品开发过程中，能够主动预见潜在的问题，并为未来的生产向相关供应商提出预防措施。

    

?及时跟进工厂在制品(WIP)报告，以便制定检验计划。

    

?与SH和STL采购部门合作，解决各种检验要求和相关质量问题。

    

?保持记录并归档各种QC报告

    

?完成其他可能需要或分配的任务

    

任职资格：

    

1.本科或以上学历，有开发和生产相关工作经验；

    

2.良好的英语，普通话能力及MS Word、Excel熟练使用；

    

3.5年以上相关工作经验，在生产、采购和贸易部门有工作经验，有面料和服装的检验经验者优先；

    

4.良好的视力，Munsell 色觉测试优异；

    

5.认真负责，组织能力强，接受经常出差江浙沪等地区。

Job Responsibilities:

? To carry out quality inspection and assure the shipped products conformed to Weissman Quality requirements.

? Understand the 4-points inspection method and judgment rules, and according to the company requirement to do the fabric quality inspection and submit the inspection reports in English

? Should have a solid background on warp knitting and circular knitting fabric, Especially the fabric for swimming wear.

? Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any technical related issues in both development and production.

? Establish and deliver highest functional skills in providing product engineering suggestion and methodology in both development and production.

? Establish and Develop a clear understanding on various brand requirement and have close partnership with vendors in the highest ethical standards.

? Proactive and foreseen potential problems during product development and able to advise precautions to related vendors for future production.

? Timely follow-up on the mills works in process (WIP) report for inspection schedule consolidation.

? Team up with SH and STL sourcing department on various requirements for inspection and related quality issues.

? Keep records and file various QC reports

? Perform other tasks as maybe required and/or assigned

Job Requirements：

    

? College degree or above, with related experience in any developmental and manufacturing set-up.

    

? Excellent organization skills & able to handle multi tasks to meet tight schedule.

    

? Good command of both written English, Mandarin as well as MS Word, Excel.

    

? At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity and experience working in both manufacturing, buying and trading office is preferable with strong background on both fabric and garment inspection.

    

? Good vision, superior in Color Sensitivity Munsell Test.

    

? Conscientious and well organized; Willing to travel.
