Job Description

- Develop and implement online sales plan, which will include platform sales strategy, communication plan with online marketing and branding.

- To actively promote the companies' full range of products to existing and potential online customers through diversity/specific communication with platform content channels.

- Implement and execute operational details and guide the Tmall partners (TP) , monitor the whole progress and make any adjustment to deliver good results.

- Develop and implement expansion business plan, monitor and moderate the outcomes and make any adjustment if needed.

- The daily routine works and related data analysis report to company.

We are looking for talent:

- Have the ability/experience to manage TP team, be good at customer experience management and performance marketing. Experience in mainstream TP companies or sales platforms such as Tmall or JD is preferred.

- Over 5 years in E-commence sales experience, in Global brands of fashion garments, accessories or related field is preferred.

- Results oriented, can work under pressure.

- Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player.

- Good English skills (written/oral), preferably CET6 or above.

- Base in G uangzhou.
