任职要求

· 设计、计算机技术或相关专业学士学位及以上学历

· 优秀的平面设计技能，了解排版、布局和版面设计

· 2年以上手机端或Web端环境开发工作经验

· 对移动端和Web端用户体验设计有深刻理解

· 擅长识别和预测用例和用户交互，包括happy path和edge cases，并将其纳入设计中

· 熟练使用各种与设计相关软件和工具，如Wireframe、cc、InVision、Visio、CSS、iOS、Android、Design Systems和Adobe Creative Suite

· 了解移动端和Web端应用各个开发周期

· 良好的沟通技巧

· 有强烈的愿望成为我们团队中有影响力的贡献者

· 愿意与不同地区的同事跨时区紧密合作

· 有游戏UX/UI开发经验者优先

· 熟练粤语和英语者更佳

Responsibilities

· Gather and evaluate user requirements about applications for our platform in China.

· Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and user process flows for mobile and web applications.

· Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

· Develop high quality UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how application functions and looks like.

· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, like responsiveness.

· Provide feedback and guidance on implementation of UX design.

· Adjust UI layouts and elements based on user feedback.

· Adhere to style standards for layout, fonts, colors and images .

· Work with geographically distributed internal development team and 3rd party vendors and partners across the globe.

· Effectively manage assigned tasks to support on-time feature and product delivery.

· Collaborate with the team to manage scope, risk, and timelines, effectively communicating decisions to the team.

· Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor`s degree in design, computer science or related field.

· Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, layouts and palate development.

· At least 2 years of experience working in the mobile or web development environment.

· Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and web.

· Strong ability to identify and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into the designs.

· Ability to deliver high quality designs.

· Working knowledge of relevant design tools, like Wireframe,cc, InVision, Visio, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Understanding of the full mobile and web development cycle.

· Strong communication skills.

· Possess a strong desire be an impactful contributor on our team.

· Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL and to work closely with different time zones around the globe.

· Games UX/UI experience a plus

· English/Cantonese language a plus
