RESPONSIBILITES:
? Review design from NPD include design drawing, special material, DFM and DFMEA.
? Design process technical document include PFMEA, SOP, manufacturing procedure and specification.
? Define new material specification, define new component process, test and quality standard.
? Define assembly, LPM, Soldering, USW process and procedure.
? Define supplier and ensure QCD(Quality/Cost/Delivery).
? Evaluate manufacturability, confirm production plan and related checklist before trial-production.
? Lead related technology and process control during trial-production.
? Defect product analysis and abnormal process handling during trial-production.
? Summarize issues track list and define improvement plan after trial-production.
? Realize automation, industrialization, informatization in manufacture to deliver zero-defect product.
? Drive and support manufacturing and maintenance to resolve the quality issues with root cause analysis.
? Drive continuous improvement program with manufacturing and maintenance of efficiency improvement, process optimization, cost reduction etc.
? Sustaining of production with regular production yield review, engineering change order implementation management and manufacturing capacity review.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Knowledge of production testing and process.
? Knowledge of mechanical design and tooling design.
? Knowledge and experienced on DFx of electronic product.
? Knowledge of LPM, USW, Laser welding application.
? Knowledge of FMEA and risk mitigation.
? Familiar with manufacturing process and procedure in assembly line.
? Familiar with product data management application.
? Skilled on quality management experience: FMEA, LSS, 8D
? Skilled on communication, coordination and management.
? Fluent written and spoken English capability.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
? 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering and quality control in electronic products.
? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automatic or electronic related engineering.
? Green belt certification of six sigma.
