职位描述
Summary:
1.Provide lab training to shoe factories and some key suppliers;
2.Initiate correlation test through shoe factory labs or Deckers approved 3rd party labs;
3. Assist with lab manager with the researching and updating of Deckers Test Methods/standards;
4.Evaluate the factory labs’ performance and conduct regular audit;
5.Coordinate with material team, dev-com and innovation teams on new materials testing in third party labs;
6.Responsible for coordinating with the testing of new materials and issuing the approved material specification to factories and 3rd party labs for follow-up.
7.Support on the set-up and operation of Deckers internal lab;
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 5 years meaningful technical work experience in FW/Apparel/HB laboratory testing.
2.2 years technical/releveant experience in shoe/apparel/HB making is a plus factor
