1. Responsible for developing and managing a specific customer account (or group of accounts) to achieve designated sales target levels.
2. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.
3. Develop profitable business with designated account(s).
4. Expand sales, introduce new products / services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
5. Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
6. Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts.
7. Work complexity and business impact: Works independently to complete given assignments, dealing with local accounts that have some impact on the business within a country or number of countries.
8.  Work under matrix organization and co-ordinate all available resources across organization to serve the assigned customer at both corporate and mill levels

1.       Expertise knowledge of the Paper and Pulp making process, operations and production

2.       Motivational toward teamwork and driving forward a successful sales team

3.       Excellent interpersonal skills to nature team spirit and cooperation

4.       8 years working experience in Paper and pulp industry or related experience

5.       3 years sales experience in Paper and pulp industry 

6.       Bachelor degree of Paper making or other engineering background

7.       Self-confident and ready to learn new things

8.       Service and sales minded

9.       Strong communication skills

10.    Fluent in English both oral and writing

11.    Willing to travel
